Abstract:
The large-scale war against Ukraine has profoundly affected the education sector, one of the most vulnerable and strategic areas for social sustainability. This study seeks to identify and conceptualize the main forces and mechanisms of transformation in educational formats and content during martial law, resulting in the creation of an analytical model of transformation focusing on institutional resilience, digital adaptation, security, psychosocial integration, and regulatory flexibility. Interrelated methods are used, such as comparative analysis, content analysis, typological classification, systematization, and generalization. The proposed model encompasses values-based curriculum reforms, digitalization, safe and psychosocial teaching, resource centralization, and digital inclusion, ensuring educational continuity and institutional sustainability. The conclusions highlight the need for a long-term strategic framework that combines digital equality, legal modernization, and intersectoral cooperation to strengthen an inclusive, resilient education system geared toward post-war reconstruction.
