Cognitive disorders are common after cardiac surgery. This study assessed their structure and predictors in the early postoperative period. 75% of patients had mild cognitive disorders before surgery. Predictors included history of stroke, coronary atherosclerosis, surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, and dyslipidemia. |
