Abstract

Dynamics of changes macrometry readings or rats liver under cryodestruction of 9-10% area of body surface. Depth of injury was accordingly to burn depth of lll А-В degree. Other group of the animal underwent peroral reception of synthetic antioxidant mexidol during 7 days above. Most denominated changes of macrometry readings and influence amount of skin сryodestruotion effects marked from 3 to 7 days after cryodestruсtion, especially after 7 days. Above usage of mexidol adduced to partial or full normalization of majority parameters of liver exept 7 days of experiment data.
