Abstract:
A comparative analysis of phenotypic stigmata of non-differentiated connective tissue dysplasia (NDCT), biochemical parameters, and the character of complications of myocardial infarction (MI) in 62 patients (31 with NDCT syndrome and 31 - without NDCT) was performed with the newly established Q-MI. The correlation between the number of phenotypic and visceral stigmata of NDCT and the presence of complications of Q-МI (r = 0,97; р <0,05) were established. Infringements of lipid metabolism were not a decisive factor in the risk of MI in patients with NDST syndrome and missing patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) before development of Q-IM. The flow of Q-MI against the background of NDCT compared with Q-MI without its presence at all equal gender-age conditions and the localization of necrosis was less favorable, therefore, NDCT syndrome can be considered as an adverse prognostic factor in MI.
