Arterial hypertension particularities among leading professions at the railway were investigated for professional stigmas risk detection and their influence on the general risk level. 103 mail patients experiencing arterial hypertension of І and ІІ phase were examined (an average age is 45, 6 ± 3, 43 years). During the survey was determined that the main part – 55 %- among the professional stigmas of arterial hypertension risk at each professional groups present noise, vibration, meteorology, electromagnetic field,insufficient illumination, static loads, high speed of work. A monotony of posture, night job, constant psycho emotional tension, sedentary life( in connection with this job), eye strain can be added to the mentioned above risk factors in the group of engine drivers. Locomotive drivers were identified as the most disciplined in sense of attitude to the own health condition as compared with the patients of the other groups of the railway employees suffering of hypertension. The locomotive drivers are applying to the anthyhypertensive medical assistance more often, the level of the hypertension complications awareness is higher in this group, these patients are more accurate in medication intake, the level of hypertonic cresses and the average systolic pressure level is lower in this group.
