The influence of the preventive treatment by levels of s-PECAM-1 and s-VCAM-1 among pregnant woman with gestational endotheliopathy

Abstract

The author presents the results of studying the influence of the preventive treatment by the levels of soluble forms of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (s-VCAM-1) and platelet endothelial cell adhesion moleculae-1 (s-PECAM-1) in 47 patients with gestational endotheliopathy (GE), 18 healthy pregnant controls by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
