Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in the world and the most common cancer among women. However, in addition to high morbidity and mortality, there is a problem of a slightly different plan – ovarian toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents and the associated chemo-induced premature ovarian failure. Results of the analysis of the dynamics of changes in the main ultrasound markers of ovarian reserve of women after chemotherapy for malignant neoplasms of the breast are presented in this article. It was shown that the dynamics of changes in the volume of the ovaries and the number of antral follicles indicates a significant violation of reproductive function in women after chemotherapy for malignant neoplasms of the breast.
