Structure and predictors of repolarization disorders in patients with severe COVID-19 infection

Abstract

The study examined 133 patients with severe COVID-19 and found that 89.5% had repolarization and/or ischemic ECG changes, predominantly T-wave inversion (68.4%) and ST-segment depression (40.6%). Predictors included reduced GFR, age, and duration of hospitalization.
