The efficiency of eplerenon in complex treatment of the patients with arterial hypertension, atrial fibrillation and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

Abstract

The study investigated the effectiveness of eplerenone in combination therapy for patients with arterial hypertension, atrial fibrillation and HFpEF. Eplerenone use led to improved clinical status and better control of blood pressure in the studied population.
