Структура причин пізніх абортів і мертвонароджених у Вінницькій області за 2013 рік

Abstract

Була досліджена структура причин пізніх абортів і мертвонароджених у Вінницькій області за 2013 рік. За звітний рік було зареєстровано 137 випадків розтинів пізніх абортів і мертвонароджених. З них - 75 плодів чоловічої статі та 62 плодів жіночої статі. Частка діагностованих випадків від загальної кількості новонароджених склала 0,8%. Основною причиною пізніх абортів і мертвонароджених є внутрішньоутробні асфіксії, їх встановлено 93 випадки, що складає 67,9% від усіх патологій. В структурі причин пізніх абортів і мертвонароджених 12,4% займають вроджені вади розвитку центральної нервової системи. The structure of causes of late-term abortions and stillbirths in the Vinnytsya region in the 2013 year was investigated. It was reported 137 cases of autopsies of late-term abortions and stillbirths during this year. There were 75 male fetuses and 62 female fetuses among them. The share of diagnosed cases of total newborns amount was 0,8%. The intrauterine asphyxia (ante- or intranatal) is the main cause of late-term abortions and stillbirths, it was found in 93 cases, accounting for 67,9% of all abnormalities. Congenital malformations of the central nervous system constitute 12,4% in the structure of the causes of late-term abortions and stillbirths. It includes hydrocephalus - 10,2% of cases, Dundee - Walker syndrome - 1,5% of cases.
