dc.description.abstract | One of the pathogenetic links of diseased organs and systems for burns is the development of endogenous intoxication and inflammatory reaction. In response to local thermal cell damage a significant number of mediators of inflammation, pro inflammatory cytokines, which are able to activate the development of systemic inflammatory response, are synthesized. Endogenous intoxication is resulting from a significant increase in the number of peptides' in the blood of average molecular weight, which exhibit systemic cytotoxic properties | en |
