Короткий опис (реферат):
The study examines the transformation ofparamedic training approaches in Ukraine under current challenges. Particular attention is paid to the impact ofpractical experience gained in high-demandmedicalsettings on the development ofnew educational models. Analytical andsystemic approaches, as well as a synthesis ofinternational and national practices, were applied. The necessity ofshiftingfrom traditional educational approaches to competency-based models with an emphasis on autonomy, rapid decision-making, andfunctioning under resource-limited conditions is substantiated. The findings can be used in the development ofmodern paramedic training programs.
