Occupational burnout and stress among medical staff: empirical analysis and strategies for minimizing their negative impact

Abstract

Chronic stress and occupational burnout of medical staff is a systemic problem that determines a decrease in the quality of medical care provision and the occurrence of professional errors. This three-dimensional syndrome threatens both the psychosomatic health of specialists and the stability of the sector as a whole. Under martial law in Ukraine, the specified problem has acquired critical importance and requires the immediate development of strategies to minimize their negative consequences.
