Короткий опис (реферат):
This study presents a method for inducing the intrinsic ulcerogenic effect of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), in experimental rats. To enhance diclofenac's ulcerative potential, an aqueous suspension of high-dispersion silica was administered prior to drug intake to neutralize gastric mucosal protection. The experiment involved 30 Wistar rats divided into three groups, including a control group, a group receiving diclofenac alone, and a group pretreated with silica. The silica pretreatment resulted in significantly more severe gastric ulceration, validating the model's effectiveness in replicating NSAID-induced gastric damage for further experimental investigation
