dc.description.abstract In this article, an analysis of the method of social media art therapy in the correction of psycho-emotional state and neuroendocrine adaptation in people of different ages and people with disabilities with a tension headache is performed. Today, society has suffered extraordinary losses for the COVID-19 pandemic that has engulfed the entire world, and especially Europe. The long-term war in the east of Ukraine has become an extraordinary tragedy with hard consequences for its borders. These and other crises in each person's life lead to an overload of thoughts about the existent and possible losses, which is one of the causes of tension cephalgia. The expediency of using social media art therapy sessions in people with episodic and chronic tension headache is substantiated. The use of social media material significantly reduces the level of reactive and personal anxiety, depression and has a depressing effect on the activity of the sympathoadrenal system, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of tension headache. uk_UA
