dc.description.abstract It was conducted a retrospective analysis of 828 hospital charts of patients treated for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) at the Department of AMI of the VRCCP. It was found that among patients with AMI, signs of high-grade AHF were identified in 129 (15.6%) patients (Group I), in 699 (84.4%) patients AMI was not complicated by high-grade AHF (group II). uk_UA
