Короткий опис (реферат):
Mesenchymal stem cells are one of the most promising new means of treating human diseases, as evidenced by the clinical studies that have been actively conducted in various parts of the world over the past few decades. At the same time, the issue of the possibility of using mesenchymal stem cells of various origins for the treatment of bone fractures is debatable. One of the most promising sources of raw materials for cell therapy is human umbilical cord, namely Wharton's jelly. The purpose of our study was to conduct a morphometric study of the microscopic indicators of the area in the fracture area in rats when using mesenchymal stem cells, the source of which was Warton's jelly.
