dc.description.abstract | Preeclampsia (PE) holds on the third place among all the causes of mortality in pregnancy: maternity death rate is 15-25% (in Ukraine it was 12-17%) and second place in perinatal mortality. The main sense of current case is to find out diagnostically significant characteristics of PE in general and of special damages of placental structure in early and late preeclampsia. Purpose: investigation of histomorphometric features in placental bloodstream in women with early preeclampsia. Materials and methods. A histomorphological comparison was conducted on women’s placentas, with preeclampsia. Reference group consists of 20 placenta from women without any obstetric and somatic pathology; main group – 20 from women with early PE. Complex examination of structural specialties of placenta included macro diagnostics, morphometric investigation of bloodstream, observation histology and investigation of microcirculation. Results. In women’s placenta with early PE we found out dystrophic changes together with sclerosis of stroma pile and the precipitation of fibrinoid in pile stroma and intervillous space, among with large-focal fibrinoid necrosis; intervillous space thrombosis, pile angiomatosis; arteriolospasm together with the decrease of the diameter and the increase of thickness vascular wall. Conclusion. In women’ placenta with PE we’ve discovered disorders of blood flow in utero-placental system, such as hemorrhagic infarction, focal thrombosis, fibrinoid necrosis zone formation, stasis in intervillous space. | en |
