Brain morphometry is widely used to diagnose and predict neurodegenerative diseases, but cerebrovascular disorders have received significantly less attention. This study aimed to investigate the associations between changes in brain morphometric parameters and 90-day stroke outcomes. A total of 294 consecutive patients with acute stroke were included.
